These terms govern your use of Our Novella, a service of Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ, Tööstuse tn 48, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia.

The service

Our Novella turns the story and photos you provide into a chaptered, illustrated keepsake book in which both partners are the main characters, available as a digital edition and as printed hardcover editions.

Free preview & payment

You can generate a free preview (a title, an opening chapter and an illustration) before paying. Paid editions are purchased through Stripe; prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout.

Our guarantee & refunds

You preview before you pay. If your finished book doesn't capture the two of you, tell us and we will re-render it, or refund you in full. For physical editions, nothing is sent to print until you approve your book. Because each book is personalised and produced to order, statutory withdrawal rights for personalised goods may not apply once production has begun with your approval; our guarantee above applies regardless.

Your content & rights

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos and story you upload. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to the book we create for you. The Our Novella software, templates and brand remain our property.

Acceptable use & liability

You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content. The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
